Welcome to Nameprint (https://nameprint.in). We specialize in custom T-shirt printing, including personalized and force-logo-based designs. Since all our products are made-to-order, our return and exchange policy is carefully designed to ensure fairness for both customers and our business.

📦 1. No Return on Customized Products

All T-shirts are customized based on customer requirements (design, name, logo, size, etc.). Therefore:

❌ We do NOT accept returns on customized or printed products
❌ No refund will be provided once the order is processed and printed

🔁 2. Exchange Policy (Only in Specific Cases)

We only offer exchange under the following conditions:

✅ Wrong product delivered
✅ Size mismatch (only if mistake from our side)
✅ Damaged or defective product received

👉 In such cases, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery

📸 3. Proof Required

To request an exchange, you must provide:

  • Product unboxing video (mandatory)
  • Clear photos of the issue
  • Order details

Without proper proof, exchange requests may not be accepted.

🚚 4. Exchange Process

Once your request is approved:

  1. Our team will verify your issue
  2. Replacement product will be processed
  3. New item will be delivered within 5–7 working days

❌ 5. Non-Eligible Cases

Exchange/Return will NOT be accepted if:

  • You selected wrong size/design
  • You changed your mind after order
  • Minor color variation (due to screen differences)
  • Delay in contacting after 48 hours

💳 6. Refund Policy

  • We generally do NOT provide refunds
  • In rare approved cases, refund (if applicable) will be processed via original payment method

⚠️ 7. Important Note on Custom & Force Logos

All designs, including force-related logos, are printed as per customer request.

  • You take full responsibility for the customization
